Synectix wins research award at DDL19 Conference
In conjunction with Dr Simon Gaisford, co-founder of Synectix and Senior Lecturer at the London School of Pharmacy, Synectix Pharmaceutical Solutions Ltd were pleased to recieve the 'Best Academic Research Award' at this years Drug Delivery to the Lungs conference in Edinburgh.
The award was presented to Dr Mark Saunders by Sandy Munro, chairman of this years DDL committee. Dr Mark Saunders, Development Director at Synectix commented; "We are extremely happy to have one of our current research activities recognised at such a prestigious event as DDL19.
This conference showcases the latest research emerging from both leading academic and industry organisations worldwide and for us to have one of our papers highlighted demonstrates our committment to our own ongoing internal research programs. Synectix is currently funding several studies in the area of Inhalation Drug Development
with both the London School of Pharmacy and King's College London and we hope that the results emerging from these studies can be transferred to assist our client's own research and development activities".
