Synectix Pharmaceutical Solutions Ltd is a technology focussed R&D company engaged in early phase pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical drug dosage form design and development. Our mission is to increase pharmaceutical R&D productivity and product value by enhancing the performance of (pre)clinical drug candidates and marketed drugs, particularly those exhibiting low solubility and bioavailability characteristics.

Through our ongoing internal research programs and strategic commercial partnershipis, we continue to develop our comprehensive range of drug delivery technology platforms, which curently include three technologies to enhance the bioavailability of poorly soluble compounds (Solent™, Lena™ Nanoceutics and Prorelease™) and one to screen for liquid parenteral formulations for proteins and peptides (Solent-Bio™)

Synectix uses these proprietary drug delivery technologies as a starting-point for the development of improved delivery forms of marketed drugs. In addition, we also license our technology platform to pharmaceutical companies for formulation development of pre-clinical drug candidates and also for the development of line extensions of advanced clinical drug candidates (life cycle management).

Synectix Pharmaceutical Solutions Ltd is a privately funded company founded in 2007 and is 100 % owned by the senior executive management team.
